1. Independent Practitioner Disclosure
The practitioner featured on this page is an independent member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals® (IARP) and operates their own independent practice. This page does not constitute an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between the practitioner and IARP. IARP does not supervise, direct, or control the services, pricing, scheduling, or business practices of any individual member.
2. Not Medical Advice
Reiki and any other modalities described on this page are offered as complementary and holistic wellness practices. They are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed physician, mental health professional, or other qualified healthcare provider. Visitors should not delay or forgo seeking appropriate medical care based on information found on this page. 3. Member Responsibility for Content
Each member is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all content they submit for display on their page, including but not limited to their biography, credentials, descriptions of services, and any claims made about the effects or benefits of their practice. By submitting content, the member represents and warrants that their content does not violate any applicable law, including regulations governing health, wellness, or advertising claims in their jurisdiction.
4. Image and Media Ownership
Members are solely responsible for ensuring they own, or have obtained proper licensing or permission to use, any photographs, images, or media they upload to their page. By submitting any image or media file, the member represents and warrants that they hold the necessary rights to its use and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IARP from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from unauthorized use of copyrighted or licensed material. IARP reserves the right to remove any content believed to infringe on a third party’s rights upon notice.
5. IARP’s Ownership of the Directory Platform
The design, layout, template, source code, and underlying technology used to generate and display this page are the property of IARP and are licensed for the member’s use solely for the duration of their active IARP membership. This page, and the practitioner’s participation in the directory, may be modified, suspended, or removed by IARP at its discretion, including upon expiration, non-renewal, or termination of membership. Member-submitted content (bio, credentials, and similar personal information) remains the member’s own, but the member grants IARP a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of the directory and any related promotional use (e.g., social sharing features, hub page listings).
6. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability
This directory and its contents are provided “as is.” IARP makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any practitioner’s page content. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IARP disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a visitor’s reliance on information found on this page, or from any interaction, transaction, or service arrangement between a visitor and the practitioner.
